I started using this product over 2 months ago.
I noticed significant changes when i train. First of all, i could pump heavier weights over a longer duration. I could also train for longer periods.
It's a pretty good pre-workout drink. Just give it around 15 mins to kick in. Oh yea, you would probably wanna try this if you are looking at improving your strength over a short period of time. I didn't believe the effects until i tried it!
However, the powder does harden up in the container over the 2 months that i had it. Is this normal? Perhaps someone can give a feedback about this.
