1. Shipping
We work hard to make sure that you get your order at the shortest time possible. Upon payment verification, we will pack and leave for couriers collection. Our cut-off time to ship is 4pm Monday to Friday and 11am on Saturday. On Public Holidays, order will be shipped on the following business day. You will receive your order status via email together with tracking number. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days after they leave our store.

2. Delivery around Miri
Delivery hours are between 2.00pm - 4.00pm, Monday to Fridays only. Please note that we can only deliver once payment has been made. Our staff will contact to to make an appointment prior making delivery to you. We have the rights to reject any deliveries that are considered not accessible.

3. Nationwide Shipping
Shipping throughout Malaysia is via Kangaroo Worldwide Express. Shipping for wholesale is by land.

During checkout and you will be provided with your online generated receipt. The tracking number will be SMS to you on the same delivery day which enables you to check on the whereabouts and status of your order.

Customers are responsible to check their orders online. Please refer to the links above to check on status - available after 7pm. 

*Once we have shipped and sent you your tracking number, it is up to you to call courier to check on status.
