RETURNS
AND EXCHANGEs- POLICY AND PROCEDURE
* All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your
package. * NO returns on opened products, no unauthorized returns and we do
not issue refund on changes of mind purchases. NO CASH REFUND. * Shipping
charges will not be refunded. All products are shipped back at the customers’
expense via courier. * Any damaged product
must be received by us before any credits or products will be reshipped. If
products gets damaged or lost when returning, we cannot grant you a
refund.
We will take every
precaution to ensure products are shipped in fresh condition. We cannot accept
returns on heat damaged products. Also products cannot be returned because you
do not like a particular flavour or product, it must be taken up with the
manufacture, all items must be returned with 2 days of purchase and upon
receiving the parcel with a copy of the receipt.

(+6085-664 555) during office hours to provide us with tracking or consignment
number.
